Judi Rhee Alloway
Judi began her work in empowering communities when she started Huesoul Foundation in Mongolia to build communities through sustainable agriculture. Coming back to America, she had a successful career in asset management at Morgan Stanley until struck with debilitating chronic pain which completely changed her life ”from a wheelchair to health is wealth.”
With a new lease on life, Judi trained as Certified Professional Coach at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, where she discovered her passion to encourage “everyday leaders” and created the “Shift Now!” movement across the country generating $100k in revenues in 3 months.
Judi speaks around the world as a social entrepreneur, a community leader, and a multicultural women’s leadership expert as one of the top 25 “Asian American Influencers” on Twitter and “Outstanding Visionary Leader.”




Sandie Diamond
I was born and raised outside of Los Angeles, CA and come from a family of food purveyors. I caught Potomac Fever a few years ago and have been finding my community here in Washington, DC ever since. In 2014, I completed a master's degree in social work from the University of Southern California's School of Social Work and continued to work in the domestic violence and sexual assault prevention field. During the winter of 2014, while recovering from surgery, I started baking to help pass the time. I found that working with my hands was not only therapeutic, but relaxing.



Katherine Lynch
is the Program Lead for Kiva in NYC. Since joining the Kiva team in August 2014, she has grown a program that has successfully fully funded over 230 entrepreneurs with 0% interest loans, leveraging over $1,000,000 of social capital. Katherine began her impact career working at Accion East and then Grameen America, two alternative lenders also serving NYC small businesses. She believes strongly in the power of domestic microfinance to create access to opportunity for marginalized or excluded entrepreneurs. Katherine got her B.A. in Psychology from Washington University and her M.S. in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University.




Stephanie JoJokian
Stephanie Jojokian has been fortunate to participate in many, diverse performing events. She has performed at the Kennedy Center and in New York City as a member of the modern dance company, Tony Powell Music & Movement, as well as at Dance Place as a member of Carla & Company. Stephanie has choreographed and performed for Master P's 504 Boys “Whoodi” video, Crystal Waters “Just Say Hey” video, and danced with Darrin Henson in his “Darrin’s Dance Grooves 2” video..


Frances Brincat
is a Plus Sized Model, Actress with 20 year experience in her field. Frances grew up in Brooklyn, New York and is one of three children. Growing up Frances aspired to be a singer/songwriter and in her early twenties enjoyed playing small clubs and bars with several different cover bands. Frances started her modeling and acting career at the age of 25 making appearances on television shows such as, Law and Order SVU and The Today Show. Frances has also been featured in several movies including National Treasure and School of Rock as well as several independent films.
Frances is currently working in the financial industry for Goldman Sachs & Co. Global Partners, she enjoys working on her modeling and acting career in her spare time.
Frances currently lives in New York with her Husband and two children
